Description of processing
The following data are processed when you visit our website:
Provision of content and logging
The web server’s access logs will record which pages were accessed at what time. They collect the following data: IP, directory protection user, date, time of day, page impressions, protocols, status code, volume of data, referrer, user agent, accessed host name.
IP addresses are saved in anonymized form. For this, the last 3 digits are removed so that 127.0.0.1 becomes 127.0.0.*. IPv6 addresses are anonymized as well. These anonymized addresses are stored for 60 days. Information concerning the applied directory protection user will be anonymized after one day.
Error logs which log faulty page impressions will be deleted after 7 days. Besides the error report, they contain the accessing IP address and, depending on the error, the accessed web page.
The legal base for this way of processing is our legitimate interest in accordance with article 6 part 1 f. (GDPR) to run this website and to have the chance to investigate technical or security incidents. These data will be deleted automatically after 30 days.
